Terms of Sales

Last updated: March 2026. These terms govern paid subscriptions and purchases for Apptimize.

1. Scope

These Terms of Sales apply to all paid plans purchased through Apptimize. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our website terms and privacy policy.

2. Plans and Billing

Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription. Unless stated otherwise, plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown before checkout and may exclude applicable taxes.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers (including Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used periods. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@apptimize.io.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that harms infrastructure, security, or other users.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and external provider incidents may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apptimize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
